<image:title>Travel Booking Platform — Sample Case Study</image:title>
<image:caption>NOTE: This is a sample case study showing our typical process — a live client write-up will replace it. Project: a booking platform for a regional travel operator that previously took bookings over phone and WhatsApp. We mapped the operator's fleet and tour packages into a custom Next.js application with real-time seat availability, a UPI-first payment flow and an admin dashboard for schedules, vehicles and bookings. Automated WhatsApp confirmations replaced manual messaging, and the owner gained daily revenue reports instead of end-of-week spreadsheet tallies. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, MySQL, Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API. Timeline: 10 weeks from kickoff to launch.</image:caption>

<image:caption>NOTE: This is a sample case study showing our typical process — a live client write-up will replace it. Project: a headless e-commerce storefront for a growing D2C brand that was paying rising platform fees and losing mobile buyers at checkout. We built a custom Next.js storefront with a UPI-first checkout, variant-aware inventory sync and shipping integration, then migrated the catalog with 301 redirects preserving search rankings. Result: faster mobile pages, checkout completion up, and zero per-order platform tax. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, MySQL, Razorpay, Shiprocket. Timeline: 8 weeks including migration.</image:caption>

<image:caption>NOTE: This is a sample case study showing our typical process — a live client write-up will replace it. Project: an operations dashboard for a distribution business running on shared spreadsheets. We consolidated orders, inventory and customer ledgers into one role-based web application with audit logs, automated backups and Excel-compatible exports. Staff enter data once; managers see live stock and receivables instead of assembling Monday reports by hand. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, PostgreSQL. <image:title>KS Ganesh Tours & Travels</image:title>
<image:caption>KS Ganesh Tours & Travels is a Kutch-based travel and transportation business offering tour packages, local travel experiences, taxi services, car rentals and group transportation.

The objective was a modern digital platform that presents Kutch as a destination while making it significantly easier for travellers to discover places, compare travel options, explore tour packages and connect directly with the travel team. We designed the website around a destination-first, enquiry-first experience — immersive travel storytelling combined with practical booking information and direct WhatsApp communication.

Travellers visiting Kutch need to compare destinations, understand distances, choose the right vehicle, check pricing and discuss their itinerary before confirming a trip. The challenge was to make all of that easy to understand without overwhelming the visitor, and to keep the journey from discovering a destination to making an enquiry as simple as possible.

We structured the website as a complete digital travel experience rather than a collection of static pages: an immersive hero introducing Kutch, followed by destination discovery, travel benefits, featured experiences, tour packages, fleet options and direct enquiry paths — so visitors progress naturally from inspiration to planning to contact.

Key features:

• Destination discovery — the White Rann, Kala Dungar, Road to Heaven, Dholavira, Smritivan and Vijay Vilas Palace, each presented with descriptive information and a clear path toward planning a trip.

• Tour package system — curated circuits such as the White Rann Weekend Escape, Complete Kutch Explorer, Mandvi Beach Day Trip and Dholavira Heritage Trail, organised by trip duration and travel experience.

• Fleet showcase — options from compact 4-seat cars and 7-seat SUVs to Tempo Travellers, Urbania vehicles and large 35/56-seat buses, each with capacity, AC/Non-AC availability, pricing information and a booking pathway.

• Transparent rate card — package distances, vehicle categories, AC/Non-AC options and additional-kilometre charges, reviewable before making an enquiry.

• Quick booking — a low-friction enquiry flow where visitors leave a name and phone/WhatsApp number and request a callback.

• WhatsApp-first enquiries — visitors send dates, group size and trip requirements directly to the travel team for a personal, practical booking journey.

• Visit List — travellers save and organise the destinations they are interested in, turning destination browsing into an interactive planning experience.

The visual direction leans into the character of Kutch: large destination-focused imagery, strong typography, spacious editorial-style sections and a premium travel atmosphere — while navigation, cards and booking interactions stay fully accessible on mobile, where travellers are most likely to browse.

The result is a content-rich travel platform that combines destination storytelling, trip planning and lead generation in one experience — a digital travel assistant that takes visitors from inspiration to itinerary planning and direct conversation with the business, instead of a static online brochure.</image:caption>

      <image:title>TinyyTreasure</image:title>
<image:caption>TinyyTreasure is an online shopping brand focused on lifestyle, gifting and home-oriented products. The objective was a visually engaging e-commerce storefront that showcases products effectively while giving customers a simple and trustworthy shopping journey — from product discovery through checkout to delivery.

We built the experience product-first: featured products, best-sellers, pricing, discounts and strong product imagery lead the homepage, with promotional messaging integrated throughout the shopping journey so customers immediately understand the available offers.

Key features:

• Product catalog — search and catalog navigation with product cards that show sale pricing, original pricing and savings information at a glance.

• Product pages — imagery, discount information, product variants, quantity selection, Buy Now / add-to-cart actions, product details, delivery information and promotional offers, including variant-specific purchasing for selected products.

• Cart and checkout — a complete shopping flow from product selection to secure checkout, with customer-account functionality for returning users who want a faster checkout.

• Promotional commerce — sale pricing, original-price comparisons, savings messaging, prepaid-order incentives, online-payment discounts and product bundles designed to make offers easy to understand.

• Delivery and order tracking — an integrated tracking link lets customers follow their purchase, with clear delivery expectations and prepaid-order information.

• Trust building — dedicated shipping, returns and exchanges, terms, privacy and customer-support pages, highlighting free shipping on prepaid orders and a 7-day replacement/return policy.

The storefront is fully mobile-friendly: browsing, offer review, variant selection and checkout stay comfortable on smaller screens, with key shopping actions kept close to the product experience.

The live store is powered by Shopify, providing the underlying commerce infrastructure for products, cart, checkout and customer accounts.

The result is a complete online shopping experience that pairs product discovery and promotional merchandising with secure checkout and post-purchase communication — a digital sales channel that builds customer confidence across the entire purchase journey.</image:caption>
