About this project

NOTE: This is a sample case study showing our typical process — a live client write-up will replace it. Project: a booking platform for a regional travel operator that previously took bookings over phone and WhatsApp. We mapped the operator's fleet and tour packages into a custom Next.js application with real-time seat availability, a UPI-first payment flow and an admin dashboard for schedules, vehicles and bookings. Automated WhatsApp confirmations replaced manual messaging, and the owner gained daily revenue reports instead of end-of-week spreadsheet tallies. Stack: Next.js, Node.js, Prisma, MySQL, Razorpay, WhatsApp Business API. Timeline: 10 weeks from kickoff to launch.
