By accessing or using the DOCXA website at https://www.docxa.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

DOCXA provides digital services including web development, branding, motion design, video editing, and digital marketing, as well as educational courses. Specific services are described on the relevant pages of the Site. Each engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

3. Course enrollments & payments

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is verified. Submitting a UTR does not guarantee enrollment — we verify each UTR against our bank statement.
• Fraudulent UTR submissions will result in cancellation and may be reported to authorities.
• Course fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a batch with full refund if minimum enrollment is not met.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, code, and software — is owned by DOCXA or its licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or republish any content without written permission.

Course materials shared with enrolled students are licensed for personal use only and may not be redistributed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, including the admin panel.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent payment references.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site without permission.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.

6. Disclaimer

The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Course outcomes depend on the learner's effort — we do not guarantee job placement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOCXA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.

8. Third-party links & services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., UPI apps, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DOCXA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
